I donated last month and the tax receipt came through fine. The email link made it easy to download, though it did take a few minutes to show up, which I was going to find annoying, but it wasn’t a big deal. The site worked okay for me overall.

I was stuck waiting in the queue longer than I expected, which was frustrating. Support did eventually get back to me, but it definitely took some patience.
